Sean runs DigiPhyte, a South African technology consultancy, and has spent years using his Industrial Engineering skills helping corporates untangle their tech, build their systems, and get them thriving in the digital world. Business in a Day extends that mission to SMEs: one of the most needlessly time-consuming things every SME has to do is set up their website, emails, socials, etc. (not to mention getting AI-ready), and it doesn't have to be that way: we can do it in a day!
Outside of work, Sean is married with three kids, loves playing guitar, and enjoys watching more or less all the sports.
Chenélle studied graphic design, then psychology, before joining DigiPhyte in the digital technology space, a mix that means she designs for how people actually feel, not just how things look. She loves work that's both beautiful and practical. She reviews every brand kit and website we produce: on the Designer tier she hand-makes your logo and brand identity, and on Pro she drives the AI-assisted build and signs off on every detail.
We record one conversation about you and your business. We'll send you a list of things to bring along that will help the conversation, and that's the only homework there is.
We create or refine your brand identity. If you'd like to review it before we go further, we do that at the end of this step.
Designer tier: this step often takes a full day, with more time on logo options and revisions.
We design and craft your website, then invite you to review what we've built.
Pro: one big review session. Designer: up to three review sessions.
We build out the rest:
We hand over the keys to the castle. Go and run your business.
After launch we keep you supported with the Live plan, and Grow (coming soon).

Competitor figures are typical South African market ranges, not quotes. All BiaD prices include 15% VAT.
Business in a Day is built and run by DigiPhyte, a South African technology consultancy with years of experience delivering enterprise software and process automation for large organisations. BiaD brings that same discipline to smaller businesses: the same quality, at a lower price, delivered faster.
Some of the clients we've worked with include Transnet, PRASA, the Auditor-General of South Africa, Adcorp, Paracon, Vleissentraal, and Subtropico Limited.
Fair question. We're a registered South African company, DigiPhyte (Pty) Ltd, reg 2023/699425/07, VAT-registered, with a real track record. You own everything we make, you pay once, and it's backed by a money-back guarantee. It's fast and affordable because of our clever automations, not because we cut corners.
A focused, professional information website of up to five pages, designed and delivered by a designer. Typically the pages would include home, about, your services or process, contact, and a page for your one included industry module (a jobs board, a menu, bookings, whatever your business needs). A focused, fast site is much better for conversion and easier to navigate than a sprawling one that no one will read through. It's a marketing website, not an online store (coming soon as an option) or a bespoke web app. If you need something bigger, we can also assist with a Custom Build.
Your logo, a colour palette, typography, and a short usage guide so it stays consistent, plus a letterhead and a matching email signature. On Pro we present a few logo directions, you pick one, and we refine it in a review round. On Designer the logo is made by hand from scratch, with more exploration and revisions, and you also get business cards and a fuller stationery set. Either way, the files are yours to keep.
Yes. The website, brand kit, domain, strategy doc, and AI starter kit are yours to keep. If you ever leave, you take the files with you. The only things that stop are the managed services you pay monthly for: hosting, email, backups.
No, and we'd rather be straight about why. A refresh isn't reliably cheaper or easier: moving a domain and email, keeping you online through the switch, and working within an existing design can take as much effort as starting fresh, sometimes more. So a refresh is priced the same as a new build. You're just as welcome either way.
Modern infrastructure, not a drag-and-drop page builder. Your site is built with Next.js, a current professional web framework, and published as static pages on Cloudflare's global network. That buys you three things. It's fast: pages load in well under a second anywhere in the world, which visitors and search engines both reward. It's secure: there's no live database or plugins sitting on your site for anyone to hack, so there's almost nothing to break into or keep patched. And it's yours: real code on a domain you own, not rented space inside a platform you can't leave. Every page also ships ready for search engines and AI assistants to read.
After the first free month, the Live plan is R250/month for hosting, SSL, backups, monitoring, and small monthly edits, plus Google Workspace. A managed mailbox is from about €7 (R150) a month, or R30 a month to bring your own. It's required to stay online, and the only ongoing cost unless you later add Grow.
We have years of experience designing and implementing digital solutions for clients. We've taken that knowledge and automated all the repeatable elements using AI. That lets us amplify our skills, delivering designer-level work in a fraction of the time, and at template prices.
No. A real designer directs every build, working from your brand: your colours, your voice, your market, industry best practices. We use AI to execute the designer's vision; the taste and the judgement are human. You get designer-level work, not a stock theme with your logo dropped on top.
Money-back guarantee. Not happy? We fix it. Can't fix it? You get your money back. No drama.
